Wow! I am very impressed with this restaurant. It is unique in the best way. The menu shows both a typical burger joint but mixes in some different options as well. The place is nicely decorated and incredibly clean. Our cashier/waitress/milkshake maker was lovely. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. The pricing is very reasonable. I like that the whole menu is al a carte so you aren't stuck with French fries if you don't want them. I tried the Monterrey burger and my boyfriend has the black and blue. We both really really enjoyed them. We also got a mixture of regular and sweet potato fries to share. The best part of this place is 1. The unique milkshake options. I loved the bananas foster. 2. The condiment station. Yes. I know that sounds weird but they had so many amazing options. I used the thai ketchup and the chipotle mayo on my regular fries and the toasted marshmallow on the sweet potato fries. Do not miss out on the condiments. To finish off the place, when you are about to leave, there is a sink where you can wash the burger off your hands. Such a clever idea. Overall, I can't say enough good things.

Omg!! So I'm writing this so late but I just moved and the thing I miss most is these burgers. They are so juicy and awesome and so worth the money. When I come back to visit I will be coming here!!

Always good food. We don't eat beef and the idea we have choices at a burger eatery is awesome! ! Always a good selection of non beef options. Love the condiments bar. Always room to mix and match to try new flavors. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

Waited half an hour for my food to arrive....nothing fancy, just burger and fries! When I asked the server why it took so long, she said there was only one cook. This was on a Friday night. When I had expressed that I wasn't satisfied and wanted to speak with the manager, manager did not come out of the kitchen and the server gave so much attitude. Rather than use good customer service she complained about higher management and basically gave me excuses after excuses. Not once did I hear anything about improving the experience for me. Looks like Red Robin has my business now.

Always amazing service and even better food. My favorite is the buffalo chicken burger. Best buffalo chicken sandwich I have ever had!

  • Stefan I.

the staff went above and beyond in making my lunch the best i've had. the shake master and manager were really awesome in life. if i could give the restaurant a 6-star rating, i would without hesitation.

  • Darrin B.

This place is very clean and the staff are friendly, helpful and pay a lot of attention you the guests. Tried the sliders and the chili cheese hot dog with the basket of fries. The basket of fries were good, but just regular shoestring potato fries. Sliders cooked well, not over done. The hot dog was good, could be longer, but the bun was the hero. .. loved it. .. The dipping bar is a great idea. I didn't try the shakes, but will next time. I will come back again.

This place is awesome!! We were all hungry and didn't have a ton of time to spare to catch our flight at the nearby airport, so we wanted to find somewhere fairly quick but still tasty. We'd never tried Burger21 but I'm glad we did. Our group always consists of just the three of us; my husband, our daughter and myself. We'd arrived right when they'd opened on a Saturday. We were greeted right away. It's kind of a different format than a lot of other burger joints though. They hand you a menu to look over, then when you're ready, you head up to the counter, place your order and have a seat. They will bring your meal to you, and it doesn't take long! My husband had a bacon cheeseburger, which he thoroughly enjoyed. I had a plain burger (no cheese for me, please) and it was the best burger I'd had in a while. Our daughter had the grilled cheese and it was one of the best grilled cheeses from a chain she'd ever had! I don't know what it is about Florida restaurants, but they know how to make a grilled cheese! Near the drink station (you fill your own cups), there's also a sauce bar with all kinds of different dipping sauces to try as you please. Use them for their fries; because the fries are amazing and so are the sauces. Prices are great. Food is great. The service was awesome; everyone was super friendly. The location sits in a rather enormous outdoor shopping center with tons of other options for dining, but if you're looking for something quick and tasty, try Burger21!

The burgers here are really good! Well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The fries were average fast food fries. Lots of different dipping sauces that were very good. Couple of drawbacks, getting food here took forever. Took 20 minuets, when it came out, they forgot 2 orders of fries and got 1 sandwich wrong. 10 minutes later, got the sandwich no fries. Once we were done eating, the "server" came out and said "have you got your fries yet?" Geez come on folks. Side note, (OWNER- PAY ATTENTION) I'm getting really tired of our 'tip jar' society. This place you order at the counter just like you do at Burger King or McDonalds, Burger 21 has a COMPANY BRANDED TIP JAR!!! Are you serious!?!? What am I tipping your employees for? Taking my order? If your employees don't make enough money, you need to pay them more. Don't "guilt" me into subsidizing your payroll.

This is a limited service restaurant: order at the counter and then they bring the food out. The turkey burgers were really moist and tender, we added avocado and it worked well with the whole wheat bun. Fries and sweet potato fries are both a little on the thin side for my taste. It smelled like sulphur or sewer gas when we walked in. We decided to eat outside. We were informed that at this time of night the outside dining area is closed, but she allowed us to eat there anyway. If we couldn't eat outside, we would have walked out

Stopped in for lunch today and was really impressed. Burger21 is clean, modern and comfortable. Their menu is simple yet a good size. I had the Shroom' burger with a side of the Ale and Cheese fries. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy and really flavorful. The fries were also cooked perfectly and the ale cheese sauce with bacon and chives was delicious! Prices are really reasonable and the staff was pleasant and very attentive. Great experience! I'll definitely be back.

My husband and I decided to try this place after reading a few reviews and I'm glad we did! He ordered the Monterey Chicken sandwich and I think it might possibly be the best chicken sandwich I've ever had! I like spicy and it had some sliced jalapeño's! I had the Cinco burger which was also very good! I will definat

Fresh Burgers and great . I come once a week sometimes just to get cookies. They always make me feel special. Whatever I get here it comes out using the best quality ingredients. Theor Banana Splits are also a work of Art. It is a good concept run by the right people. I hope they able to keep making the White Macadamia nut cookies they are my Mothers favorite.

Loved this place! We came in not knowing anything about it, and we will be back next time we're in town!

  • Jen Y.

We had dinner here. The service was fine, burgers were ok, fries were mediocre. Nothing special. And the place was dead. Restaurant was clean and bathroom was clean. A little overpriced.

  • Sarah N.

We went because I like to try new places outside the nation wide chains. This spot appears to be a Florida specific chain. Pluses: burgers really were delicious! Fresh! Fresh! Fresh! I actually had the Mediterranean Chicken Burger....delight of freshness. The burger is not huge, but quality taste. The bun was even extra special and flavorful. Another plus, is that they do have beer and wine options! Cons: Regular fries are shoestring and average. Chocolate shake was just average and tasted like it simply came from a mix. The burger was so great, I expected more on fries and shake. Glad we went and would go again.

Great food!! Great service!!! With anything on this menu you can't go wrong honestly!!! I love there sweet potato fries with all the different options for the dipping sauces

Came in for lunch on a Monday and had their Bacon Cheezy Combo Special $6.99. The burger was nearly perfect. The bun was lightly toasted, with a medley of ingredients that blended together. I had my burger with cheddar cheese, but they offer a variety of choices. They also offer either regular fries or sweet potato fries. I had the regular fries and they were perfectly crispy. My one complaint is the seasoning of the fries.

  • Jessie H.

Okay, if burgers are the specialty of a restaurant then they should be cooked as ordered by the customer. I had the shroom burger and it was well done, I ordered it rare. The steak and ale fries I ordered were good. They look like they use the same fries as steak-and-shake. Wednesday kids meals are 1/2 so I ordered a kids turkey burger for $1.75. That was also cooked very well. With so many GREAT burger joints in the area I will be sure to by-pass this one in the future.

  • M L.

I had the Black and Bleu with fries. The burger was good and they made it medium as requested. The problem is it's not an amazing burger, it's something that can be found at a lot of restaurants. The fries were just plain old fries, nothing special. They use angus beef but that's nothing special as many restaurants do that. For the cost, about $10 for the burger and fries, I'd choose some place else to eat. It's not a bad place, but I expected more for a specialized burger joint.

  • Jesse L.

This place really deserves a 5 star rating. I was trying to hive it 4 1/2. The onky reason I would take half a star off the rating is only because they dont have a build your own burger option. Its a burger place, its a must. Okay, the place is very nice and clean inside. The beverages are self served with unlimited refills. They have a small selection of craft beers which is cool. I side they have a seperate counter for their ice cream and shakes. They staff are really friendly. The burger was good, the fries were good. They also have a nice selection of sauces to dip your fries in. Once again, I give it 4 1/2 stars and do recommend this establishment.

I came to Burger 21 to support a fundraising event. The restaurant was donating 10% of their sales to the organization. I love to see restaurants get involved in their community. It was a nice touch to my experience. Very clean restaurant and very friendly staff!! I loved that they had a dipping bar and craft beers. I ordered the black and bleu wedge salad and a strawberry milkshake. The salad came with two hamburger patties that were cooked too well done for me and were a little over seasoned. The milkshake was great though!!! I will try Burger 21 again because I did have an overall good experience. It's nice to be served by a friendly and welcoming staff. They all seem to enjoy their jobs!

Pleasantly surprised with this "burger" place in the outdoor mall. Burgers were fantastic, salads fresh, and milkshakes were fab. Biggest surprise was Bells Oberon offered in their beer selection. Nice to see a Michigan craft beer making it so far south. Love to see that. Definitely check it out if you are in the Ft. Myers area.

fantastic place, a must drop by if you are in town, the serving size were more than enough and the tasting were one of the best on my recent florida trip, i'll defiantly be back for more

Burger 21 is really good! The burger quality is great, they cooked it perfectly! The restaurant is clean and has outdoor seating. The only thing they are missing are some healthier sides. I know when you are eating a burger, you usually aren't concerned about healthy but they do offer shrimp burgers, turkey burgers and veggie burger so an alternative to fries would be wonderful.

  • Lo S.

Give this place a try!!!! Excellent!! Had the Chicken marsala burger, cant say enough good things about it. It was so fresh and bun was great. I loved the sweet potato fries with the toasted marshmallow sauce--like a dessert. My son had the BBQ burger he said it was the best burger he has had in a long time, not greasy and small. We split a banana Foster shake--WOW! they have this sauce bar which is cool to try with the fries-was fun! atmosphere is nice clean and bright. Staff was also friendly and helpful--got napkins, more drinks, silverware. Very good cant wait to go back!

Good quick stop for a burger. We were greeted at the door, with a smile and explanation of the menu and process. Very clean restaurant with friendly staff. We had a black and blue burger and shake which were both excellent. Also they have a wide selection of different dipping sauces that set it apart from other fast food burger stops. I would have liked if they had a TV up to be able to watch a game since a lot of people were eating alone.

Ate here for the first time last Sat and so glad we did. My guy had a Burger 101 and really enjoyed it. I had a Tex-Mex Haystack (hold the lettuce and tomato and bun). This was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten! We also had fries half regular and half sweet potato and they were great. I went with the shake of the month, Toasted Hazelnut, and it was to die for. Also great service from the staff. Very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The owner/manager was present while I was there, helping out his employees, asking customers if they needed help, etc. I like that alot. My vanilla milkshake was awesome. But the best part is GLUTEN FREE BUN! I was able to eat a hamburger like a normal person! Thumbs up!

  • Brent P.

I stopped in at this place on a whim because the outside caught my eye, and thank God it did because this place was beyond fantastic. I had the spicy shrimp burger with a sriracha kick that was to die for. The heat combined with the fresh veggies was refreshing and the whole burger was light and fresh and I could have eaten two of those and still had a productive day. My friend got the cheesy sliders and he stopped talking as soon as he dug in and that's a tale true sign of good food. Don't forget about those fries, phenomenal I would suggest getting the large as the large portion is pretty standard portion everywhere else. I will be back again and again they do it right here

Worst service ever. They only put in half our order and then we had to pay for our food on two separate tickets. They didn't offer to compensate us until we asked then they gave us a free chili dog. The food was terrible. I order turkey chili and it looked and tasted like it was poured straight from a can. The salad was very boring and chicken cold. Raspberry vinagarette was too sweet and overtook the salad making it un edible. Chili dog took 20 minutes and was nothing we would ever order again. We ended up leaving all the un eaten food on the table and went to a different place for dinner.

This is a fantastic burger. I don't usually get charged up over burgers, but this place was outstanding!! I had a burger with my wife and niece and it was moist, juicy and just a fantastically crafted burger. We had the Philly cheese burger!! Nicely done Burger 21!! Fries weren't ready, but we will be having lunch there this week and try them.

Stopped in for the first time today. We will be back again and again. The burgers are super fresh, juicy, delivered hot off the grill and served on a brioche roll. We added a side of crispy thin cut fries. The sweet potatoes fries were awesome too. If you like a lot of sauce choices to go with your burger, this is your place. Approx. 6 sauce choices at your finger tips at the sauce bar. Old school ice cream shakes can also be found here. 95% of the staff super friendly and ready to help. My favorite, the hand washing sink by the sauce bar. Casual dining.

Our new favorite place!!! CARB-FREE & DIET friendly too!!! My second visit I got the Super Big Bowl Salad w/ the Turkey Burger patty. The BEST turkey burger I've ever had, honestly!!! The salads are AWSOME not just ice burg lettuce. I hope this one stays around!!!!

  • Matt S.

Checked this place out based on the rating and it lived up to it. Cute and clean with lots of choices on the menu. The staff were all friendly and attentive and the food was great for the price. The burger was cooked perfectly and had a nice flavor. The fries really stand out. So many burger joints serve over seasoned or greasy fries that don't have any potato flavor left. The fries here are light, crispy, and taste like fries should. A regular fry and a soda was enough to share between two of us. Make sure you grab a menu before you go in as they don't have a menu posted around the cashier. Be prepared to order!
